Text messaging terms

The program

Backstop Home Buyers, a trade name of Noble Land Partners® LLC, sends text messages about the property you asked us about: replies to your questions, scheduling a visit, and follow-up on an offer. We text you only after you give us your number and agree to receive texts, for example by checking the box on our contact form, or when you text us first.

How often

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Most people receive a few messages a week while we are working on their property.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We never charge you for texts.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. You will get one message confirming it. You can also tell us in any other way, in a reply, on the phone or in the chat, and we will honor it. To start again, reply START.

Consent is optional

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of selling to us or of anything else.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. More detail is in our privacy policy.
